Zespri SunGold Mignonette Oysters


  • 2 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and pureed
  • 1cm thumb of ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • black sesame seeds, for topping
  • micro greens, for topping
  • 12 oysters in their shells

4 servings, ⏲ 10 minutes

Zespri SunGold Mignonette Oysters


  1. In a small bowl, mix the kiwifruit puree, ginger, sesame oil, balsamic and lime juice.

  2. Spoon a teaspoon full of dressing over each raw oyster, then top with black sesame seeds and micro greens.
