Zespri SunGold Mignonette Oysters
- 2 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and pureed
- 1cm thumb of ginger, finely grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp lime juice
- black sesame seeds, for topping
- micro greens, for topping
- 12 oysters in their shells
4 servings, ⏲ 10 minutes
In a small bowl, mix the kiwifruit puree, ginger, sesame oil, balsamic and lime juice.
Spoon a teaspoon full of dressing over each raw oyster, then top with black sesame seeds and micro greens.
