If you love yoghurt, this is for you!!
- 1 large Zespri Kiwifruit
- ¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 – 3 ice cubes
Take the skin off one large Zespri Kiwifruit and blend in a blender.
Remove the seeds using a sieve. Add ¼ cup of low fat plain yoghurt, a ¼ cup of milk, 2 teaspoons light brown sugar and 2 – 3 ice cubes in the blender and mix everything together.
Best eaten with a teaspoon as an after school snack.
