- 300g Zespri Green Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced thick
- 200g ripe banana, peeled and sliced thick
- 100g plain yoghurt
- 50g honey
- 200ml low-fat milk
- 250g ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, garnish with a few cubed fresh kiwifruit and serve immediately!
